Another spot filled in the Desire lineup with nice hardware design and Sense 6
Building on its mid-range Desire brand, HTC today announced the LTE-equipped Desire 510 for a worldwide launch. Slotting in notably lower than the Desire 610 announced earlier this year but much higher than last year's Desire 500, the 510 is a 4.7-inch device with a fresh plastic design in either white or navy blue.
The Desire 510 pulls design notes from both the Desire 816 and 610, but harbors much lower-end specs to hit a more budget-friendly price point. The 4.7-inch display's resolution is just 480 x 854 (FWVGA), backed up by a Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage (SDcard expandable) and a simple 5MP camera — but thankfully that's powering Android 4.4 and Sense 6, the latest software available.
