Any.do is our favorite to-do app, and today they finally unveiled a webapp; something the service has been missing for a long time. It looks great, works in any browser, and lets you manage or drag-and-drop to-dos to organize them.
The web version of Any.do retains some of the sensibilities of the mobile apps, but if you're familiar with Trello (or any app that uses the Personal Kanban method) it'll look familiar to you. Each of your to-dos is in a vertical list, with columns that represent when those to-dos need to be done. Any.do is sticking with the "today," "tomorrow," "upcoming," and "someday" approach, which helps you focus on the things you have to do right now. Adding new tasks is easy—just click the plus-sign and fill in the details, along with any reminders or sub-tasks you want.
The folder icon at the top switches you from a time-based view to a category-based one. If you prefer a single-list view, click the "focus mode" button in the upper right. It's not brimming with features, but it's been a long time coming. It also works well on mobile browsers. Of course, if you prefer the apps, you can grab them for Android, iOS, the Chrome extension, or the Chrome app. Hit the link below to try it out. If you're an Any.do user, just log in and all of your to-dos will be there.
